Samsung being the No.1 mobile company in the world is not ready to give any loop holes in the smartphone mobile industry. That's the reason Samsung has planned to launch a new Windows 8 based smartphone the Samsung Ativ S.
Samsung Ativ S will be the first windows 8 based phone from Samsung that will be powered with 1.5 GHz Dual core processor for the ultimate performance. Samsung Ativ S will have 4.8" inch HD super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1280x720 pixels.
The Ativ S will have 1GB of RAM and an internal memory of 16GB and expandable upto 32 GB through micro-SD slot. Samsung Ativ S has an 8 MP of rear camera with dual LED flash and a secondary VGA camera at the front.
Ativ S will have Bluetooth v3.0 and inbuilt WI-FI to connect without any wires to internet. This windows 8 based phone will be alot cheaper than Nokia Lumia 920 with all the features common expect the Pure view camera in Lumia 920 to give real live like pictures.
This Ativ S will weigh around 135g and have dimensions about 137x70x8 mm that can fit easily into pockets. The phone comes with a 230mAH battery to give longer Talk time than others Smartphones with 6.5 hrs of talk time and 200+ hrs of Standby.
